Online Ordering Policies
Order Processing
We usually ship in-stock items within one business day of ordering. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except for major holidays when we are closed. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within five business days of placing your order.
MOVA Globes gift cards are redeemable at the time of purchase and can only be used to purchase items from our official MOVA Globes website (movaglobes.com).
Please note that our office will be closed on Thursday, November 23rd, Thanksgiving Day. We will reopen on Friday, November 24th, and appreciate your patience in advance.
Pre-Ordres
If your order includes a pre-ordered item, it will be dispatched by the specified ship-by date indicated for that item. In cases where your order comprises in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will ship the complete order by the estimated ship-by date of the preordered item. Please note that payment for your order will be processed and charged immediately upon placement. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering your items as promptly as possible.
Shipping Services
We ship orders with United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS for APO or FPO shipping address). All orders will be picked up by the carrier or dropped off at a shipping location during business hours, Monday-Friday.
Delivery
We are committed to ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of your orders. Our standard shipping policy guarantees delivery within 5-10 business days for orders within the Continental United States. While we strive to meet these delivery times, there may be occasional delays due to external factors beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions or adverse weather conditions.
Please be aware that a signature upon delivery is not mandatory for orders dispatched via UPS. However, the decision to leave a package without a signature is at the discretion of the UPS driver. We appreciate your understanding and are dedicated to providing the best possible service.
We prioritize swift and efficient processing of your orders. We guarantee same-day dispatch for orders placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) with expedited shipping. Any orders received after this cutoff time will be diligently processed and shipped on the next business day. This policy ensures that your expedited orders are handled promptly and efficiently.
Where we Ship
We ship within the Americas, all U.S. territories, and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other international destinations at this time. For international orders, please contact globalsales@movaglobes.com.
Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. It will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address must be provided. Any orders with an AFO shipping address or FPO shipping address will be shipped via USPS.
Returns & Refunds
All products purchased on movaglobes.com can be returned within 30 days. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please fill out our form.
Returns must be sent to our warehouse facility before a refund is processed. Refunds will be applied within two weeks of return. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees to return a product. Once the return is processed, you will receive a refund for the price of goods and any applicable sales tax. You will not be refunded the original shipping fees. If gift card(s) were used for the return item(s), you will receive funds back to the gift card that was used.
If you are returning a product due to a manufacturer defect, please fill out our product replacement form to initiate your return and confirm your product is within our 1-year warranty.
Exchanges
We can only allow exchanges within 30 days of order delivery, only on orders purchased directly on movaglobes.com. Product(s) can only be exchanged for graphics in the same size and base. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost both to return the original product and to ship the new product. Product must be returned in unused condition with all original parts and packaging. To start your exchange, please email our support team at sales@movagroup.com and be sure to include your order ID, shipping address, and desired product(s) for the exchange. Some products may not be available for exchange.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged to any order shipped to Arizona, (AZ), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Kentucky (KY), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Iowa (IA), Maryland (MD), Massachusetts (MA), Michigan (MI), Minnesota (MN), Nevada (NV), North Carolina (NC), New Jersey (NJ), Ohio (OH), Pennsylvania (PA), South Carolina (SC), Texas (TX), Utah (UT), Virginia (VA), Washington (WA), or Wisconsin (WI).

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and MOVA Globe Gift Cards.

- UPS Ground - Order by Friday, December 15, by 12 pm (noon).
- UPS 3 Day - Order by Tuesday, December 19, by 12 pm (noon).
- UPS 2 Day - Order by Wednesday, December 20, by 12 pm (noon).
- UPS Next Day Air - Order by Thursday, December 21, by 12 pm (noon).
